The decision to refurbish the website came as a result of an outdated backend system that limited the company’s ability to update product information. “We wanted to move into a more maintainable system that allows us to keep our offerings current and our customers informed,” explained Hansen.
The refurbished website aims to offer a more comprehensive user experience. Customers can now expect greater access to product information, an improved layout, and the added feature of live chat during beta testing hours.
Exciting new developments include the launch of a standalone apparel site, www.cubcollections.com.au, and an upgraded list of offerings in the promotional product space. “We have even more penciled into our roadmap, but those will be our little secret for now,” teased Hansen.
